CAN I ASK SIRRIT I just really love and miss Sirrit. (Also, uhhhh.... Miguel)
YES YOU CAN ASK SIRRIT OH GOSH ;A;
Why I like them He is my brain-baby so I like him in pretty much all ways. He’s just one of my HAPPY THOUGHTS. I like to think about him when I’m going to sleep because he’s like the mental equivalent of a warm squishy stuffed animal for me to cuddle. Gosh taking a nap with Sirrit would be so wonderful. He’d just be so WARM and HUGGY and soft and snuggly and great. <3
Why I don’tBUT I LOVE SIRRIT. I mean he obviously has flaws, I wrote him that way. (Though he’s slowly growing out of the things like happiness-as-denial/coping mechanism, and has been pretty shocked out of the excessive trusting by now.) But I tend to like him because of them and not despite. Of course I could be somewhat biased.
Favorite episode (scene if movie)Any scene with his boyfriends. Bugging Ren with loves and playing with the frill. Being silly goofy goobers with Tavi. Being adorable sweeties snuggling with Ganto. Just ALL THE LOVES OH GOSH.
Favorite season/movieGosh a Sirrit movie would be great can you imagine holy shit it would be like Blasto with even more pink and probably huge Bollywood-esque dance numbers.
Favorite lineI don’t remember specific lines of his I’ve written, but I like it when he realizes he’s stronger and braver than he thinks he is, or slowly starts to believe someone who says he’s worthwhile.
Favorite outfitIs this or is this not the most Sirrit dress you have ever seen omg
OTPSirrit/Happiness. Also all boyfriends because I cannot pick. AND NEITHER CAN HE. AND HE DOESN’T HAVE TO, which is the point of polyamory. :D
Favorite FriendshipI think his longest and most established (and cuddliest) one is with Sirena. Though special mentions also go to Kirrahe and Mordin. <3
Head CanonHe is made of my brain, he is nothing BUT my headcanon.
Unpopular opinionUH… I don’t know. Last I remember in the MERP, Sirrit was pretty well-liked. xD I just really miss it there. My unpopular opinion then would be I REALLY WANT TO COME BACK. Unpopular because life disagrees with me.
A wishHim just being happy and living for a long time and being joyful and unconditionally loved and accepted. Also that he learns to kick some ass and stand up for himself/protect the people he loves. Which he will. If I ever get back to the MERP.
An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happenKrenos winning, wow such suffering much horror what awfulness wow very abuse great injury such torturing, lots of death, wow

((OMG this was supposed to be crack but it became a drabble! XD ))
She could never get enough of this. A marathon of old Disney movies. Cuddled underneath piles of fluffy blankets with Sirrit and a large bowl of buttered popcorn between their hands. It was the middle of her resting cycle, so all the lights were turned off save for the thin television screen in her room.
The movie was nearing its end, the prince slowly leaning down to capture the lips of the princess in his daring rescue. Sirena clapped in excitement, Sirrit promptly joining her, and cheering the royal couple as he swept her off her feet and lead her to be happily ever after. Sirena looked at Sirena and giggled, leaning her head to rest on his shoulder. "Ok, which one do you want to see now?", she asked as she sifted through her extensive Disney movie library in her omni-tool.
"Hey Sirena, why do so many old human animated films have the princess in great peril, and having to be rescued by a prince? Why do most don't show the other way around, like in The Little Mermaid?", Sirrit asked, bright inquisitive eyes falling on her.
She was caught completely off guard by such a question. For a few seconds, she could only blink at Sirrit. "Oh Sirrit, for the longest time human females were placed inferior to males. Were not considered good enough to fend for themselves because they were generally seen as weak, fragile, dependent, and either naïve or ill-minded." She paused and glanced at the floor.
"I don't think Disney's story writers even questioned why the princess needed to be rescued by a prince when they wrote those movies. These animated movies reflect the transition between that thousands-year-old mentality to one that values equality between genders. Even today human women still have to try harder to be taken seriously than men, but it is far better than how it was back then.", she looked up and gazed back at Sirrit.
"Wow... you humans were certainly something else, huh? Crazy. I just don't get it. Why should there ever be any difference on how treat someone based on gender in the first place?", he shook his head in amused disbelief.
"I dunno Sirrit, the laws are always set by those in power. And when those in power and their laws are set in place for a very long time, it becomes very hard to question. But tell me, what brought this up?", she quirked an eyebrow inquisitively.
"Oh, I just thought that I would look very good in one of those dresses, and I wondered how it would be like to be a Disney princess. That's when I realized that almost all the princesses were females who needed to be rescued by a prince.", he shrugged and laughed as he realized the random turn his thoughts had taken.
"Well Sirrit, nowadays anyone can be whoever they want to be. If you want to be a butt-kicking, tough, diva, sparkling princess, you can." Sirena smiled at him.
"Oh, oh, and if we were in a Disney movie, and I become a sparkling princess, will that make you a prince?", Sirrit chuckled, a sparkle returning to his eyes.
"If you wish, Sirrit.", she said with a mischievous glint in her eye. Sirena suddenly pulls Sirrit into a big hug and gives him a big smack on the side of his lips, "Then we can ride into the sunset on a trusty silver-maned steed, and live happily ever after!", Sirena dramatically exclaimed while motioning her arm towards a far away horizon.
They both broke down into a fit of laughter as the credits rolled into the blue Disney screen.

☁ For fluff of our muses on a rainy day.
The newly opened public pool in the Presidium became a local favorite. At least it was for the Asari, Salarians, and Humans. The pool was clearly appreciated by the Humans, having been considered once a Human-exclusive outdoor activity. It is clear that the idea indeed must have come from human influence. Or at least, that is what Sirena assumed. If it had been Salarian, then why wait such a long time to suggest it? Perhaps to wait for another active species that enjoyed and thrived in water without much worry to come by? Either way, the pool was yet one of many changes brought by Human presence in The Citadel.
And then it rained. By old habit, as was on Earth whenever it rained, various human visitors left the pool. The Salarians and Asari furrowed their brows in confusion. Why leave a body of water because of rain? You're still getting wet.
Sirena stood stiff in the water as she stared at the sky. The sky was synthetic, the rain is created by sentient-made creations. There was no polarly charged atmosphere to worry about. No need to fear the slight chance of lightning striking the pool. Yet, it was like fighting instinct. Sirena grimaced.
"Hey Sirena, what's wrong? Why did some Humans leave? Are you feeling alright?", her bright pink companion looked at her with his colorful eyes. She couldn't help the curl forming at the ends of her lips. "Nothing wrong, really, Sirrit. I guess some of us find it hard to question such a survival reaction. Most likely it didn't occur to them that lightning does not fall from the simulated atmosphere over the Presidium Grounds Park." "Oh, really? I never thought of that. It makes sense now. But you are not leaving, right Sirena?" Sirrit looked at Sirena, hoping that she stayed. Sirena giggled softly and nodded assertively, "Of course, I will stay! I will stay as long as you stay!" Sirena's automated worry vanished, as most often her worries did whenever she saw her dream-sparkled friend.
To assert her statement, Sirena playfully hugged Sirrit and pulled him underwater with her. Bubbles spread out behind them in the aftermath of their splash, rushing past them towards the surface. Her hair flowed gracefully above her, then followed her movements as she leisurely swam deeper towards the bottom.
Before coming to The Citadel, Sirena's most frequent outdoor physical activity was swimming. The pool would never reach the splendor of the sea, but it awakened a deep sense of nostalgia; and beneath her utter joy of being able to swim again, a feeling of homesickness threatened to surface like the bubbles above her. She gently parted her undulating hair front of her eyes, and saw that Sirrit never strayed away. His dream-speckled pink skin easily made him stand out from all the blue. She smiled.
Something must have given her sudden inner emotional struggle away, or perhaps Sirrit was just gifted with the ability to instinctively soothe hearts without need of thought. He quickly moved and wrapped her in his sparkly self.
Slowly they floated up towards the surface, just as she was starting to feel the need for air. They must be such an odd sight for any onlookers, a small human woman wrapped in glittering pink Salarian arms-no... wrapped in love. A small laugh escaped her as she snuggled closer, her body lazily floating atop of his. She decided she didn't care what anyone thought of them. How could she when just the simple gesture of his hug just made shadows go away? Without a word, he made her feel right at home.

❅ For a fluffy snow day.
Humans were known for their adaptability. They fare rather well in water compared to the other terrestrial species. They can survive and thrive in the harshest dry deserts, and in the most rain-drenched jungles and forests. They also have proven to be remarkably adaptable to cold weather.
What most people overlook, however, is that Human adaptability is only partially biological. The individual still has to spend time surviving in a particular environment to adapt themselves to it. Their bodies needing time to adapt whenever their environment changes. And Sirena, who has spent all her life in a tropical climate, was extremely well adapted to humid hot environments. But has never spent a second anywhere below 60 degrees Fahrenheit during her entire life. She was just as quick to catch a cold shiver as a Drell anywhere remotely less warm than her birthplace.
She can adapt of course, if she spent at least a month in the cold. But this was just a temporary stop for the Icarus, no time for her to put Human physiology to the test. And now she felt cold to the touch. At least she wasn't the only one.
Asul soon joined her at the heater, getting an odd look from him. "You're human, you're supposed to fare better than me.", the Drell remarked. "Darn it Blue, stop thinking of Humans as magical heaters on legs. I never had to adapt to this temperature before. I don't do well in cold places.", Sirena stuttered back in cold. A rushed set of feet echoed in the stairs and a pink star-bright flash bounced towards their location. "C'mon Sirena, what are you doing here still? You said you never saw snow before!" Sirrit happily exclaimed while grasping her cold hands. Like her, he too wore various warm layers of clothing to hold on to some semblance of warmth. "I-I-that's true I never did..." Sirena's eyes widened as she was reminded of her lack of traveling experience.
She never saw snow. Never stood in it. Never held it. Never had it melt on her skin. Never played on it. In Puerto Rico, snow was a magical elusive thing. Something to only be contemplated and beheld in books, television programs, and movies. To be dreamt off when Christmas approaches- as depictions of a white-glittering world covered windows, and doors. Ironic decorations that only served to remind the tropical populace of the obvious assimilation and adaptation of foreign notions brought by invaders long ago that never bothered to do the same for them.
To Sirena, snow was like magic -but the biting cold held what would have been a sprint adorned in child-like giggles to the exit door. Asul scoffed, "Trust me Sirena when I say you aren't really missing anything at all. Snow is more annoying than its worth." Sirena looked torn for a moment. All those times she had dreamt as a child to play in snow, to glance out of a window and see a white-covered world. To look up the sky and try to catch snowflakes on her lips. To fall backwards and make a snow angel. To collect snow and build a snowman, or have a fun snowball fight.
"But it's just one day. Ellie said that tomorrow we will leave as soon as we collect all the fuel in this station. C'mon Sirena, I know you don't want to miss this chance." Sirrit chirped in anticipation. Unable to say no to Sirrit any further, she allowed him to pull her out of the room. She quickly added an extra layer of scarfs and a jacket, and sprinted outside - childish laughter bubbling from her along the way.
As soon as the hatch opened, Sirena almost instantly regretted it, the icy breeze biting at her skin. Sirrit shivered as well, but his smile never faltered. His optimism glowed from him and warmed her. Taking his hand Sirena clumsily ran forward in the sun, then spun around as the wind-carried snowflakes flitted across her hair and melted on her nose and lips. Quickly her nose turned rosy, and released a sneeze. She was definitely not used to the weather. Then she noticed the puffs of condensed air -'white smoke' as she thought- that appeared before her each time she exhaled.
She giggled and blew out more air, clapping her hands in excitement as she beheld the little white cloud of her breath, "Look Sirrit, look! I'm puffing out white clouds with my breath! Look, try to do it yourself!" Sirrit joined her and blew out air too, his own clouds of condensed air mingling with hers. They both laughed at their own display, the thought of the childish nature of their actions never crossing their minds.
After their laughter died down, Sirena pushed Sirrit back with a playful shove, and threw herself on her back as well. "Sirrit, Sirrit, wave your arms and feet like I'm doing!", she exclaimed as she wove her hands and feet up and down. Sirrit promptly imitated her, "Like this?" "Yes, like that!", she giggled as she carefully stood up, minding to not disturb the snow behind her. She offered a hand to her friendly and quickly pulled him up. "Look Sirrit! We made snow angels!" Sirena squealed as she jumped up and down on the snow in excitement, her face lighting up like a child's.
Then she gasped, "Oh we should make a snowman. Lets make a snowman, and then have a snowball fight, and then return to the ship and have s'mores and hot cocoa by the heater!" Too overcome by glee, she was, that her mind no longer processed the biting cold on her skin.
Sirrit and Sirena wasted no time doing all they could think of with snow. They made 4 snowmen, one for each passenger on the ship: Sirrit, Sirena, Camellia, and Asul. Two more snowangels. Wrote 'The Icarus was Here' in very large letters in the snow. And had a huge snowball fight that had somehow involved Camellia as well - who had shown them no mercy. Sirrit and Sirena returned to the warmth within the ship, extremely exhausted at the end of the day.
-----------------------------------------------------------
They spent the next day, and the remainder of that week as well, in each other's close company - both bedridden with a nasty cold in the medbay, much to both Camellia's and Asul's amusement. But it was worth the magical memories, Sirena mused.
Laughter Wrote a Song [A Sirena x Benjamin drabble]
Sunday bells rang, calling to memories deep within of his London home. But there were no church towers in The Citadel.
Sirena was in her little room, clearly so far away in her world with Sirrit. They had been mixing violins, guitars rifts, vocals, and heart beats for weeks now. And apparently church bells too. An album, the child of Sirena's educated muses, the result of years studying musical theory coupled with ambition.
Benjamin liked to think that he had been part of the motivational force behind it. He had taught her to work the computer like another instrument under her deft fingertips. The gray-colored Drell leaned against the fridge nursing a cup of hot cocoa between his hands, listening to the sounds within Sirena's room.
Suddenly the doors swished open, and Sirrit walked out, his custom made guitar swaying on his back. The pink Salarian bounced towards the Drell, all glitter and smiles, offering him a hug. Benjamin stiffened for a moment then relaxed, returning the happy Salarian's friendly affection. After exchanging quick hurried words of goodbye, Sirrit walked out of the room, and all went quiet.
Curious, Benjamin strode into her room, compelled to see her. Sirena sat on her cushioned seat, wearing huge professional headphones, the ends of which were ridiculously decorated by knitted white and pink bunny ears. Courtesy of Kona Massri. Her head was nodding to the beat of the music she was replaying so far.
Her eyes darted sideways and caught sight of him. Her rosy lips curved instantly into a smile, and she swiveled her chair to face him, "Hey, Benji." He smirked, and carefully lay his still warm mug on the nearby table, "Hey, Rena." She mischievioulsy darted her pink tongue at him in a playful display of human childishness. She didn't particularly like that nickname.
He was quick, coming upon her, hands on each side of the chair, effectively trapping her. His warm breath feel upon her lips, "Pull that tongue out at me again. I dare you.", his voice low and menacing. She responded with a giggle, and her tongue darted out again... to lick his nose.
So that's how she wanted to play, huh?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sirrit darted into the apartment again in a hurry, "Oh Sirena, I think I left my notes in your..." Sirrit stopped. A loud moan rumbled, followed by a husky sigh, seeped from the door he was about to open. Sirrit's eyes grew wide, his long lashes fluttering on his brow. 'Nevermind, I think I'll just ask you to e-mail them to me tomorrow'. He turned around, cheeks flushed, and hands covering his mouth to hide his laughter. He left, but not before his eyes fell upon a traditional paper sketchbook laying on the kitchen counter.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Squeals erupted as the doors slid open, Ben carried the petite form in his arms, who was currently experiencing a bit of a high. She was occupied nipping his frills, splaying butterfly kisses across his ribbed neck. Her wild mane of hair semi-obscured his view, but his eyes managed to catch sight of something white laid on the floor. "Sirena" he sighed, before carefully laying her down. As soon as her feet touched the floor, she too caught sight of it, and quickly picked it up.
Dear Sirena and Benjamin,
I think I left my notes on the desk in your "office". I hope you can send them to me tomorrow via e-mail.
Also, I wish your endeavors bear fruit tonight and make lots and lots of Drullan babies! <333333
But you better hurry, Asul and Ellie already have quite the bit of a headstart over you two.
-Love, Sirrit
Sirena stood dumbfounded. The letter was covered by lots of little pink hearts. The backside of it was a pink penned doodle of a human-drell baby hybrid with big eyes and curly hair. She hadn't heard Sirrit entering the apartment again. Ben chuckled lightly as he read the note again, and looked over at the art on the back. He looked devilishly at Sirena, "Well, he is right, we better catch up with those two." He quickly picked up Sirena again in his arms, soliciting another squeal from her lips, "Now lets go make a science in our beds, like Sirrit says."
And her lips fell upon his once more, her laughter writting a song to his senses.
CONFESS!~ [[oh my god sirrit NO he just wanted to go in everyone's box it's not like i control what he does i apologize for this]]
"I-uh... I really like your eyes, and your pretty eyelashes. And you are so warm and nice that sometimes I just want to hug and kiss you.", Sirena looks sideways, trying to hide her blushing smile.
"Plus... that flexibility of yours. How can one not notice that?"
[[Oh, dotty X thing for a headshot? <3 You DO NOT have to.]]
((Sorry if I missed some important details. Damn, Sirrit is just so fab))
