Hi guys!
I know I haven’t been all too active, but I’m kind of sad to announce that I’m going to be retiring from writing. I know I didn’t contribute a whole lot to the Resident Evil fandom, but I have written a ton of other works for different fandoms over the course of the last 10+ years.
Writing has been major part of my life for the last twelve or so years. It was so fun, but now it feels almost like a chore. I have been in an episode of writers block for the last two or so months, and most days when I want to write… I can’t seem to get anything out. I just sit and stare at a blank document for an hour trying to gather what words to use to format the starting sentence of a vivid idea I’ve had in my head for the longest time.
I will admit; I’ve been in denial about this. I really did not want to believe that I was starting to experience a major burnout. I’m losing my touch with the thing I once enjoyed most and held so close to my heart.
This isn’t me completely moving away from this account or whatever. I’ll still be active! I’ll still be reblogging, liking, and reading stuff..
Thank you to those who enjoyed what little works I published on here and AO3, I love all of you! Maybe one day I’ll push out of my bubble and share a little something again.
