Hi, I was lurking through your blog because I wanted to see your cat and I saw your post about the pointless stitching at the front of the collar of a sweatshirt and I wanted to share that they aren't pointless! They're actually to help prevent the collar from getting stretched out and weird! They were initially added to the collars of old school football jerseys bc they had to get pulled over the helmets, which would inevitably stretch them out :)

Darth Chaostra's lessons on being a good Sith! :

Normally, as Sith Empress, one would expect me to hate the Jedi, and everything they stand for.

But this is actually not the case, I don't like them, but I respect them. I prefer fighting them on equal terms. Gives me an actual challenge. And makes victory all the more satisfying when I strike them down.

I also do like occasionally tormenting young padawans, but that's besides the point.

As a Sith, you should NEVER underestimate your Jedi opponent. I have unfortunately witnessed my fair share of many promising sith end up being bisected due to arrogance, or letting their guards down at the worst possible moment.

Poor, poor young Pestilence... She had so much potential...

Where was I? Oh yes! ESPECIALLY do not pick a battle you can't win. I've had 1 or 2 apprentice'es try taking down a group of Jedi Masters, only to get massacred as a result.
