Banded squats with one new band and one very old sad band. It made for an interesting lift that's for sure. I had to wrap the sad band around twice so it would close to the same tension as the one on the left and I think I managed okay. . Vid 1: 2/6x3 185lbs (Apologies for THOT pose, racks on either side were full.) Vid 2: 3/6x3 still 185.
