I'm starting to think Caine especially likes Jax since Jax always rolls with the bit. Saying that the whole thing was indeed a sick adventure, Caine, through Abel, makes Jax a key player in the whole scheme: getting him involved with the Chinese room, making him get Caine's key to his office, trusting Jax was successful in distracting Caine, and even making him go first in getting to the office. Caine needs Jax because Jax plays along. When the group got antsy on what to do in the main console, Caine pushed Jax too far to make the right choice.

So when Jax stops from laughing and finally tells Caine off of how cruel he is, we see Caine surprised. He did not expect this, especially from him.

Saw this on twt and it just blew my mind. So it’s known that the power of the peacock miraculous is charged in a magical feather called an amok, and whowever wields the amokitized object can will sentient beings into existence based from the wielder’s emotion. The recent disclosure that bodily organs are heavily linked to emotions just made it more intriguing.

Emilie’s heart drew out the emotion of love that gave birth to Adrien. Colt’s mind drew the emotion of ambition that gave birth to Felix. Tomoe’s eyes drew the emotion of perfection that gave birth to Kagami. And since the amok came from a broken miraculous, they got sick. Specifically, the organs their emotions were drawn from failed on them.

They all craved for something. Emilie’s heart sought for the warmth she never got to experience. That’s why Adrien is so loving and forgiving. Colt’s mind sought for greatness in all aspects. That’s why Felix is so sharp and thorough. Tomoe’s eyes sought for perfection after years of disappointment. That’s why Kagami is so driven to succeed. Their desire costed their heart (life), mind (sanity), and eyes (judgement). As said by Felix, as he grew older, Colt got more and more insane. The children ate away their parents.

And in addition: Natalie! It was her body that gave out, which is so interesting. It goes to show how willing she is to throw her body, her soul, for the cause. Her dedication is her asset, and her biggest downfall.

I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t like the whole sentimonster plot, but the show has now made it so compelling I can never go back from hating it. Big props to the new season.

maybe the reason why jax wants to act like a cartoon character is because its flat; one dimensional. he believes that the the more one holds onto their humanity, the closer they are to abstracting. frustration is a very human emotion, so maybe he correlates the instability of human frustration with it and thus acts as the irritant instead of the irritated. but an actor is not one-dimensional, he is one of many roles, and jax is close to throw the towel.

This is definitely just me but I kinda interpret Adrien's cluelessness as him being the one who unknowingly destroys plans for everyone. In Yaksi Gozen, we see two big and well-thought off plans get thwarted: (1) Kagami and Félix's plan didn't push through because of his sudden visit, and (2) Lila and Tomoe's plan failed because Adrien didn't give the ring back right away.

He has often times just ride along the motions of everyones' flow, and once he purposefully inserts himself with no signs of backing down, he becomes an unwitting agent of chaos that stabilizes the order (the status quo) of the story.

The times he knows something and sticks by it, the story progresses (such as the outsider Théo realizing Gabriel Agreste is not what he seems). That being said, I know for sure that once he knows everything, all hell will break loose.

I don't know how to put this exactly into words but there's a speculation that Dustin and Suzie have already broken up. And I do think that might be one of the many factors as to why Dustin grieves more intensely for Eddie.

I do think Suzie broke up with Dustin after thinking that he is a bad influence to her: (1) he convinced her to change his grades to which costed her rights for the family computer, and (2) she saw Dustin's friend's brother's friend smoking pot with her sister, and maybe realizes that Dustin hangs out with questionable people.

I believe this crushed Dustin, because despite everything, I do believe he seeks for approval. Steve was in the right place in the right time for Dustin, but he isn't what Dustin needed when he stepped into high school. As much as how genuine their friendship is, they are leagues apart. Steve feels the pressure of the crown and thought that being a jerk is the cost of it, and Dustin is boxed in the weirdo territory just because his interest does not align with the general public. Steve can never understand Dustin's high school experience, and vice versa. So when Eddie came into the picture, Dustin finally saw someone he knows he can become, without compromising who he truly is.

"Never change", says Eddie. And yet, Dustin is forced to pretend that everything is okay. Pretend that the man who sacrificed everything deserved it, like the rest of the town. Pretend that Eddie Munson is the Devil himself.

When Suzie broke up with Dustin, it didn't just break his heart, it broke his whole soul. Dustin seeks approval. Not just for himself, but for his friends.

I've been thinking. For me, Queen Bee is still leagues better than Vesperia. If you put side by side their fight scenes, Chloé knows exactly how to fight with the bee miraculous as a hero (I am not including her first time using Venom). She moves with intention and is really reliable. But when Zoé debuted as Vesperia, she only ever jumps and uses Venom. No other fighting moves whatsoever. She executes whatever Ladybug is expecting her to do. Which got me thinking: Zoé is a pretender. She had a horrible life back in New York, and she sees her life in Paris as a reset. But instead of facing her issues (handling what she had been through), she pretends to be fine all because she wants a new beginning. She pretends to be a hero when she was given a chance. So when Ray came back, we see a side to her that is incredibly different and much more refreshing. We can tell she has stopped pretending to be fine, and started becoming human again.

Zoé has issues. She's done pretending. Her being Fury is her finally confronting those issues and finally acting on it (in her own way). In Grandiaper, Fury operates more than just hitting her targets with Venom. She finally moves. She's in action.

Queen Bee and Vesperia? Queen Bee for sure. Queen Bee and Fury? Fury hands down.

Not gonna lie, because her in-game name has Eastern European roots, I only see her in that descent.

She would have a strong Slovenian ancestry, but the family is very Americanized at this point.

Her name would be Maggie Novak. Not short for Margaret but for Magnolia. Novak means newcomer.

Canonically, her past time is exploring abandoned buildings. And according to the Internet, Detroit is filled with them. So yeah, home state would be Michigan.

Wears glasses, but the rectangular kind.

I know a lot will say her name would be Agatha, but I want to be different sjahfksdj

I personally see the name Angelica a very rigid and upper class name. That in mind, I figured her uptight mother would name her that.

I saw this BEAUTIFUL FANART it just could not help but agree of her being biracial. Definitely with a white mom.

Juggling what her home state will be. Texas is such an obvious choice, but (again, according to the Internet) Kentucky is said to be the number one state for horse ranches. Do what you will.

I just know that she lived a very comfortable but suffocating life of pressure and neglect. Voices bouncing off in a big house with empty hearts.

Has a birthmark. It's placed where her button eye is in her in-game appearance.

Jax

Jax just felt so... Mexican to me. Like, born and raised. He doesn't reek of suburban life, nor is native to the concrete jungle.

I'm just too familiar with the very real-life narrative of a single parent moving to the states with their now teenage child.

Calls Las Vegas, Nevada his home.

As for his name, I don't know why but he just screams... Pedro to me. I will not further elaborate.

Gangle

Oh she is definitely white. Blonde, brown eyes, freckled. From the semi-rural parts of the Midwest where being a manager at a fast food joint is a stable career.

I see Gangle as someone who is deeply unsatisfied with her life but doesn't know what to do to change it up.

I feel her attending community college and choosing graphic design on a whim because she would get compliments from her classmates before. There, she discovered anime and manga.

German heritage, no-nonsense but not completely heartless family. Her name would be Katelyn.

Kinger

Hear me out on this: wasian. Considering his age and the attitudes at that time, he would be white passing.

Home state would definitely be California. Technologically-inclined enough for computer science to thrive, southern enough for horseback riding to be a thing.

His name would be Nathaniel or Kenneth or something like that.

Zooble

Instead of the forest filled states of the Pacific northwest, I imagine them being in the very urban areas of Washington or Oregon.

I see them as the person to know a guy who knows a guy. Them being in multiple jobs, I don't see it any other way.

Modern-ish names like Casey or Quinn.

Mixed background. Ties in with their body dysmorphia.

Imagine waking up in a strange, inescapable, and contained world. Imagine the fact that you forgot who you were except for fragments of your previous life and see even that life isn't good, isn't fulfilling. Imagine waking up not remembering what you look like but it definitely isn't the cartoon character staring back at you in the mirror. Imagine realizing even who your are on the inside, you don't know anymore all because of the new experiences forced upon you that got you to act less and less like yourself. Imagine your worst traits get magnified each day, hour, minute, and even second. Imagine having your whole humanity be an option to hold on. Imagine finally having a system to cope but even that isn't constant. Imagine the closest thing you have to a deity only cares for themself and could not even for the life of them have your words be understood. Imagine having the knowledge that if you crack, you'll turn into an unsalvageable monster and be placed in a stranger, very inescapable, and more contained world. Imagine being the other party, seeing it all unravel. Imagine if that was a friend you made forged by shared trauma and the void inside you gets bigger. And worse, imagine if that was your enemy, and realizing that their absence doesn't make your situation any lighter.
