Although she still couldn’t tell if she wanted to be here or not, the ward was rather...beautiful. White and bright blue buildings surrounding her, with small alleyways that led to who knows where...? How thrilling! Humming to herself, the engineer shut her eyes, deep in thought.
“Hm... how about I go...here?”
She pointed a finger in a random direction, in an effort to decide on where to go. So much to explore, may as well leave the first place she visits to chance, right? She opened her eyes slowly, revealing a rather busy bar. Interesting. Not what she had hoped for, but a commitment’s a commitment. Wattson headed to the bar, her attention absorbed by her phone. Did they give her any money? Ah... She’ll find out soon enough.
The inside wasn’t as rowdy as she had expected. Mirage’s bar, the times where she reluctantly went, was way more lively. Somewhat obnoxious, but her fellow competitors enjoyed being there, which made her quite happy. Maybe it could be the same here...
Wattson snapped back into reality, as the sound of a glass meeting the table rung in her ears. The engineer cocked her head to the side, confused.
“Excusez-moi, but this is not mine...”
