These Chili Cheese Burgers are a spicy and cheesy twist on a classic favorite. The combination of juicy beef patties, flavorful chili, and melted cheddar cheese is a taste sensation!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 1 cup chili con carne. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup pickled jalapeos. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Put the burger patties on a hot grill or griddle and cook for three to four minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you like your meat more done. Add a lot of shredded cheddar cheese to top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt. Toast the hamburger buns just a bit on the grill or in a toaster while the cheese melts. Put some chili con carne on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Spread a burger patty with cheese on top of the chili. The burgers should have diced onions and pickled jalapeos on top of them. Finish putting together the burgers by putting the top bun on each one. Enjoy your hot Chili Cheese Burgers!
