So, this is interesting, it looks like Shin Godzilla, Shin Ultraman, Shin Kamen Rider, and Evangelion (I hope it’s a so far unannounced Shin Evangelion and not the entire Evangelion canon, unclear currently) will all share a cinematic universe:

The project joins the forces of Godzilla, Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and Evangelion

It’s interesting, because shared cinematic universes usually mean crossovers, but I’m not sure where Kamen Rider would fit into Godzilla vs. Ultraman vs. Evangelion. 🤔

I suppose one option could be a leadership+powers role, like Juggler in Ultraman Z, that would be cool.

Anyway, as with so many such announcements in the Tokusatsu world, it looks like this is going to take several years to come to fruition, so 🤞.

Shin Evangelion 3.0+1.11: Thrice Upon a Time

Shin Ultraman

Shin Kamen Rider

At present there is nothing within the films themselves to suggest a shared universe, though there is a small amount of things in the live action installments that could be considered hints of connective tissue, or just references.

When talking about these, Shin Evangelion cannot be talked about without the greater context of the previous 3 films, although there are other small factors to talk about regarding this shared universe. If that is what it is.
