1920s Trolley making a stop in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada, Summer 2013. [OC]
This is a 1920s trolley traveling on a railroad from 1901. It now travels through town taking passengers from one end of town to the other. This stretch was once part of the famed White Pass and Yukon Railroad, which went from Skaguay Alaska to Whitehorse, Canada. That's more than 110 miles through treacherous terrain.
This was all to serve during the Dawson gold rush; Whitehorse was a "last stop" along the way.
