It could be about my Hazbin Hotel, Safe Haven, Creatures of the Night, or even Skaifall characters.
Here's some Skaifall info.
There were a select few who's souls were connected to the soul of a dragon.
When a dragon is not in hibernation, the person connected with it will take on some of the same physical similarities as their dragon.
This includes wings, eyes, arms, and legs.
When a dragon is heavily injured, they will go into a long hibernation. During this time, the person will lose the dragon-like attributes.
Once in hibernation, the person's eyes will be the only detail that shows that they are connected.
Their eyes will have a soft glow to them and depending on what dragon they were connected to could result in an uncommon eye color.
Only the oldest member of a person's bloodline is connected with a dragon.
Once the oldest member dies, the next oldest becomes connected.
When one becomes connected their eye color instantly changes to the color of the previous owner.
If the last person in one's bloodline is killed, then the dragon also dies.
If the dragon is killed but the person is still alive, they will lose their dragon attributes and their special eye color.
When Mayla's feathers came in around the age of 6, the Ringmaster decided that once she was able to fly that she'd be ready to preform in the freak show. Mayla was forced to get a tattoo of the council symbol over her left eye to show her place in life as a freak act.
This is Tala, the main antagonist of Skaifall. She is the only other person whose soul is connected to a dragon. She is considered by their society as the "perfect being" and is the second highest ranking council member.
She is Mayla's polar opposite in almost every way. Tala has a daughter who's around Mayla's age and is next in line to join the council once there's an opening. Tala's presence is supposed to be a beacon of fairness and equality in their society.

Adix is the third protagonists of Skaifall. She is Mayla's best friend. She is pretty much homeless because of her "flaws". Which are her wings, and a birthmark on her cheek. When Mayla would escape the freak show at night with help of Evric, she would meet up with Adix and hang out until Mayla would go have return.
