He was e x h a u s t e d, all he wanted to do was fall asleep. But he couldn’t, because if he did THAT, he’d most likely hear something from his leader about it. Besides, the leader told him there was a newbie in the pack. A newbie? They hadn’t had one of those in a long while.
“Oh! Um, hey.” He greeted, hoping his posture and body language didn’t look threatening. Sure, he was in the second ranking position in the hierarchy, but he wasn’t a rude guy. Wasn’t mean, either. Tried not to be, anyway. He was actually easier to get along with than some of the other pack members. He was surprised he hadn’t been demoted to omega.
“Name’s Hanson, I’m the beta. Not sure if you met our alpha yet, but he kinda wants me to show you around and stuff.”
