Hmm if you look at the skulls of Gaster and Mel then compare them they Sans and Papyrus there was similarities. My guess is that Mel is from a timeline where the humans and monsters haven't had their war and Gaster and Mel haven't gotten together yet to have Sans and Papyrus. Just a thought

Well, I believe the idea of a pre-war timeline has already been raised, and I see that the “parents” theory is still as popular as always, ahah. Comparing skulls and features is a pretty good move too, but don’t forget that they’re other skeletons in this au. Who knows what they look like.

Aside from that, I was quite surprised no one asked Mel about Gaster or their relationship back when she confirmed that she knew him (except some suggestions of her having a crush on him, which I found really cute) Of course the characters may not answer an Ask truthfully and hide some facts depending on the situation...but there’s always a way to make them talk... (´∀`)

However, quite some time has passed since then so I’ll probably just cover the subject in a future comic!

Undertale oc lol. This is what I imagine Sans and Papyrus’ mom to look like, at least in my fic, Branches on a tree. I have no reason for designing her, she will not appear at all lol Even so, her name is Mara uwu

Furthermore, this is the last update of #2017. :3 Things had been quite a lot crazier in life for a while but I’m very glad that I made it and finished all pages I sketched back in September!  x3 Welp I better gotta prepare more material for next year~ XD So, enjoy!
