Third question to ask about interior dwelling design - how do you fix or replace what is broken?
Every dwelling has parts that fail and need replacement. This expectation should be designed into a structure. Centralized channels for various systems should be designed so when failures occur damage to the structure will be small while repairs are simple and minimally invasive. All accomplished by making easy entry and exit for any parts or components. MJC
