Been feeling some yucky feelings lately, mainly just in the past couple of months... Stemming from a few different sources. Whenever I get mad, or frustrated or sad, I tend to clam up and close my self off from the people close to me and just everything in general. Mainly because I feel like I get buried underneath feelings that I can't put words to or am afraid to try and put words to incase it makes no sense to others. Every once in a while I fall into mental pits like this. But there has luckily always been a rope there for me to climb out, and even if there isn't a rope, I claw my way out anyway and eventually. Last night Jacques and I stayed in, ate pizza, watched very relatable show, and went to bed.. and honestly it really helped me feel better. He's usually the rope that helps me out of the pits, and I couldn't be more greatful for it.
