#I struggled a bit with his hair but I’ve got it close enough now I think #poutine bit based on a real anecdote a guy told me abt being on an exchange trip in Japan and making poutine for his buddies but he had to #use shredded cheese because he couldn’t get cheese curds in japan. a tragedy tbh #also those Montreal bagels are the BEST bagels u will ever find. trust. also I think québécois Langa is funny as a concept #because the implication when he says he lived in the mountains was probably supposed to be the Rockies but it could theoretically be the #Appalachians. there are ski resorts up by Quebec City I stayed in one once. also the idea of everyone expecting Langa to be good at English #but his English is mid at best because he lived in deep Quebec and didn’t actually need it that much amuses me #sketchedbook #sk8 the infinity #sk8 langa #langa hasegawa

day 10 albatross crew. I remain firm in my belief that if I never shut up eventually people will get invested in this story. I have introduced yet another character: Ryskaan Pelmetal, a temple guard in training and Yanthe’s childhood best friend

lore fun fact! Ryskaan Pelmetal was originally the made up name for the narrator of a star wars fanfic I wrote back in 2022. explaining the full plot would be too long but Ryskaan was essentially a Jon Archivist Sims knockoff. This iteration pulled from a similar base design but has shifted pretty far off at this point. I just like the name.
