Sketchtember Day 2 Little Nightmares

Sketchtember 12 (I’ll get 13 up sometime tonight I promise). Since the 12th was Keniichi Suzumura’s birthday, it seems the fandom has declared it Balan Day (at least on Twitter). So I drew a hat man for the occasion.
