Four years ago today I started on a six week trip covering three countries between Africa and Europe. When I got back, all I could think about was doing a larger scale trip. After lots of saving and preparation, I leave on Tuesday for a four month backpacking trip across Europe and South America that will cover 20 countries. Spent some time this evening recording some new music. This is what I wound up with after a few hours of tweaking. If you like it, let me know! I'm trying to see if there's an audience for this type of music. I really enjoy making it so hopefully someone else will enjoy it too.

If you close your eyes and imagine your deepest darkest struggles in life, those are represented by the indistinct "broadcast" throughout. The basic beat in the beginning of this song represents the simple life, uninterrupted by struggle. When things start to pile on, it can almost seem unbearable and one must pick up the pace or apply a new method to try to defeat the struggle. Keep these ideas in mind when enjoying the track.
