Victoria, by the Grace of God, Queen of the United Kingdom of

Great Britain and Ireland, Defender of the Faith [illegible] to All

and Singular to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings! Whereas

a Treaty between Us and Our Good Friends the United States of America,

was concluded and signed at Washington, on the Fifteenth day of June,

ultimo, by the Plenipotentiaries of Us and of Our said Good Friends, duly

and respectively authorized for that purpose; which Treaty is, word for

word, as follows:

     Her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great

Britain and Ireland, and The United States of America, deeming it to

be desirable for the future Welfare of both Countries, that the state of

doubt and uncertainty which has hitherto prevailed respecting the

Sovereignty and Government of the Territory on the north West Coast of

America, lying Westward of the Rocky or Stony mountains, should be

finally terminated by an amicable compromise of the Rights mutually

asserted by the two Parties over the said Territory, have respectively named

Plenipotentiaries to treat and agree concerning the terms of such settlement

that is to say:

     Her Majesty The Queen of the United Kingdom of Great

Britain and Ireland has, on Her Part, appointed The Right Honourable

Starhawk would be rather baffled to learn that Skippet isn’t aware of factions. It seems like it would be both a blessing and a very dangerous curse to not know. There’s a chance that he’d try to teach her about what he knows of factions and the war, but only if he finds it absolutely necessary.

Aside from that, he’d quickly like her and start to brother her. He probably has the energy to keep up with a feral kid lol. Though he’d also be very careful around her. Hawk is quite large, and he’d hate to accidentally hurt her. “Just how old are you, little one?”
