More things/thoughts about my Gray Raven's Commandant (Sunday - > Codename: Dragon) as well as Babylonia
- quiet bpd, mild agoraphobia, suppressed C-PTSD, migraines, insomnia + a healthy mix of whatever it is when you literally dry heave after expressing a little too much emotion, depression/mild suicidal ideation
- generally was the sarcastic, teasing, expressive, if not a bit high energy, Commandant in the beginning—after the events of Chapter 17 on, still smiles occasionally and tries to tease but quieter, sharper and more contemplative. It's easier for their mind to wander to dark paths off mission
- Has absolutely bitten a person and ripped out flesh before
- Self-trained photographic/eidetic memory
-Consistently trying to improve skills/read more (see: philosophy musings)
- First met Vanessa during ballet classes and then violin and then F.O.S
-Declared Vanessa a good enough rival in F.O.S and Vanessa has never forgotten forgiven then for it
-Vanessa and Sunday are the worst divorced-married-couple-who-never-dated because Vanessa still can't decide if it matters that Sunday's gender is so classified, Sunday does not what it is.
- Sunday switches from feminine terms to masculine on a whim (responds to Sir and M'Lady, bro and sis, boyfriend and wife, husband, partner, etc.)
- Wore the mask originally because they hated looking at their face but. The Gray Ravens definitely (slightly) bullied them out of the habit on base
- Made Hassen almost drop his coffee
- Is a proud deep rouge and nothing else believer (what do you mean it shouldn't also go on the eyes?)
- M.I.N.D is a mix of a bright ampithere, colliseum and library with different parts operating
- Typically runs through the possibilities of failure first before finding one that they can't find breaks in/is easily resolved with minor repositioning
- Lux's attitude change actively made them bummed out. Lee and Lucia did not have the experience to deal with it that they do now
- Nowadays, best ways to help: shooting range, Wanshi throwing a weighted blanket, making sure Lucia stays OUT of the kitchen while they stress bake (Lucia got proximity based bad luck for kitchen appliances), making sure No. 21 stays out of trouble... Actually just making sure Cereberus stays out of trouble is the fastest way to get them out of their own head
- Keeps adding things to their post-retirement fund for each near-death experience
- Would have adopted Sica first or at least thrown her Simon and Vanessa's way (balance Vanessa out primarily and diplomacy)
- Had to kick Harley Jo's ass to get them to stay in the same room post-tower (and promptly got scolded severely by Liv for accidentally dislocating their shoulder then forgetting about it)
- Murray and Commandant have a mutual distaste/distrust for each other but mutual care for Lee
- Family all but owns the Star of Life (very select hospital staff know this because avoiding Kurono takes coordination and fucking work)
-When going to (unavoidable) parties, is dressed to the nines in something red and sassy but reverts back into the cold, aloof spare to their older sister's exuberant, capricious heiress persona
- hair started going pure white around 15 and they started to dye it
-Child of one of the old Akdilek nobles and one of the few Black/Brown youth on board the Babylonia
Babylonia Headcannons
The Residential Area is primarily for high ranking doctors and politicians to acquire if it doesn't stay within the family
There's a lot of interconnected vents that go into abandoned crawl spaces (Sunday knows most of them and can still manage to wriggle their way into it if necessary)
Residents get funneled into particular career paths/controlling parents who dictate their children's future, by any means necessary, are usually just given a slap on the wrist if it gets excessive. Worse comes to worse, Kurono is always hiring
Lounges often have small Commandant's comfort areas—some Elite ones even have couches that can turn into beds
The closest thing Babylonia has to rain is greenhouse misting and so it's where most kids see their first rainbow
I'll add more to this later. Tbh... I've got story ideas but I need to catch up first.

I ask this question to the general community because I am curious and I am both in the I am thee Gray Raven's Commandant and also it's as far as my immersion allows.
As such, I have personal headcannons that could be proven wrong at any point in canon but who's going to stop me? Kuro?
AFAB, never really had the energy to question gender much other than queer and confidential information
In that vein, usually only seen in army fatigues/militia style clothes (think that those gray construct skins but heavily tailored to obscure gender and features
Tested well as both a Construct and Commandant but this information got hella buried by Hassan
Foil to Vanessa—both control freaks. Commandant is just internally demanding and self-critical
Will avoid sleeping and consistently stretch the limits of their M.I.N.D beacon
Also apart of the upper echelon of Babylonia—not quite as powerful as the Smiths or as much of a shadowy puppeteer in the dark but their family never quite stopped trying to take over the Star of Life
Does not acknowledge their family and in fact, has been using first name/codename only
Vanessa and Simon knew them growing up and know their emotional tells best (seconding the Gray Ravens)
Vanessa and Commandant have an uneasy truce during the worse of their mutually lingering Bad Days
Vanessa is also the only person who makes the Commandant lose their temper on a regular basis
Commandant is a bit of a romantic anarchist—not quite a flirt but definitely willing to smooch
Aroace-spec (demisexual demi/gray-romantic)
Has lingering time gaps + migraines after corrupted beacons—intermittent but still, it's something Lee has to cover for them on when Liv can't
Will not sacrifice their team. WILL sacrifice themself. Matyr complex? No, just doesn't want to see it + Commandants are pretty replaceable. (The last time they said this out loud, when piss drunk with Harley Jo, Simon and Vanessa, Vanessa tried to kill them)
Has taken parental ownership of Bambinata and is actively trying to nudge her into the concept of not being a doll (they're getting there.. Hopefully)
Flirting/lewd jokes go over their head
Can't tell if they've got a crush on most of the Constructs they meet or just incredibly close/intimate feelings.
Chrome and Wanshi do not help in the slightest. Neither do Liv, Lucia and Lee.
Ex-partner, the Construct that made them choose to become a Commandant, died during one of the very first contacts with Gabriel
Is aware of the recall bullshit but similar to Wanshi doesn't say anything because Nikola/Babylonia has a metaphorical gun to their head with their team and sister
Is kind/compassionate as a general rule—cruelty takes more effort than just being a kind person and doing absolutely nothing is way too boring
