  I drew this cutie during Valentines day this year. I have so much art I need to post here but holy hecc is the posting anxiety still real and it means I keep moving tumblr to the bottom of my priority list. I got to draw her girlfriend last Valentines day. A spicy maple moth to her calm luna moth energy.   I’m just slowly building up my gay cryptid character roster don’t mind me. I still need to start adding in some boyo’s and more NB cryptids to add some variety to my shenanigans.

It has been a hot minute since I’ve posted to tumblr but updates should be regular as I catch up my posting to be closer to real time. I’ve been super excited and distracted streaming on my twitch channel for the last year and over the last few months got even more slowed down by being sick. However I have been posting more art now that I am streaming has me drawing more regularly.

I have gotten better at the whole streaming thing I think. It is getting easier to talk and draw at the same time. I still have a long way to go but it has been really nice. I have been regularly streaming since May 2021 and my 1 year streaming anniversary is on the horizon and I am so proud of myself. Now if I can get back on top of my video editing and start animating more regularly I'll be golden.

Now on to the art, I was really enjoying doing these backgrounds I should draw more of these. My favorite parts this time are especially the shoes, plants and floor. That blue space behind the main background bit was very frustrating, it took so many different iterations before I settled on this one but I am super pleased with how it turned out in the end.

I finished the my first art on stream!!! I am currently working on a series of backgrounds for practice in tandem with assets for my stream itself.

Not only does this mark the first illustration completely finished on stream, but also my first month of regularly streaming on a schedule! Streaming has been helping me feel less anxious and lonely while working even if I have next to no viewers because I am new and watching other art streams has been inspiring me try new things. There is so much to look forward to.

About the art, up first is this Sakura island. In one of my first streams I was inspired by the little backgrounds @cysketch on twitter does and wanted to make some ‘cube errors’ of my own. I started off with ten little sketches and just fell in love with the concepts. I want to render all of them out (and make more) to practice using different materials and filling up different spaces to beef up my background game.

Fun Fact! I couldn’t decide which one to render out first. So I had my mom pick her favorite and I worked on that one first. I am going use polling on Instagram Stories to pick out the next ones so if your interested you can follow me on

Here it FINALLY is!!! The pic I drew for the lovely @elite_7Ao3  's fic One of Us for the @rayllumbigbang .

I Love how this turned out! I don't often get the chance to draw animals so I am ecstatic about how Zeus the horse turned out. Not bad for my first time drawing a horse. Figuring out how to draw Rayla and Callum older was interesting, I am finding that I really enjoy redesigning characters outfits. It is just so therapeutic.

Last of note for those that know me you may notice that there are a LOT of trees in the background. I hate drawing trees. However I hate myself more for not making a damn leaf brush till now. Why it took me 6 years to decide to do it I have no clue.

Cat Nior

Number 4 of the six fanarts thing suggested by an anon here on Tumblr Cat Noir! I streamed this on Twitch earlier for about 3 hours. My computer is still quite a bit laggy so I can't wait till I have a way to stream closer to my actual drawing speed.
