*a bit of a vent here that i might delete later

*i have worked really hard to improve my art but everytime i improve i can still see huge flaws and i often hit road blocks on how to improve further

*i know what i need to do but i just cant seem to learn how to do it

*it's gotten really frustrating lately that i can see the improvement but the outcome is still so dry and boring

*and to me its obvious from how many people actually look at my art/leave notes/etc. that other people see it that way too

*i've tried different platforms like youtube

*i got really excited for my first comment on a speedpaint i made but all it said was 'ugly'

*it's getting a lot harder to keep making art even though it's what i have loved to do my whole life

*and i'm just ready to cry

*my mum bought me a shirt with tiny succulents printed on it

*and im so tempted to draw sans in it

*but im also currently working on a drawing for my girlfriend

*and my girlfriend's boyfriend wants a drawing too (we're polyamorous)

*my girlfriend has threatened to lock the ketchup and mustard in a safe when I come visit her because I admitted I will straight up eat these two condiments during kin shifts.

*it just occured to me that most restaurants around me don't serve very spicy food

*because most people in my area can't handle any spice.

*most people in my area dont eat sliced jalapenos straight from the jar like me.

*which is why the salsa i got at the mexican restaurant today was pretty much just tomato juice and chopped onion and disapointment
