There were legends for years on Sky Babylon of a mythical weather bird known as the tywydd bird. Legend had it, it worked with Caelestis to grant the Sky Babylonians their powers - and the skyward seals.

Skyward seals are an advanced kind of atmokinesis, with each clan having a bespoke seal. Those born from two clans can use two seals but there was writren legend something amazing would happen when one was able to use all seven

There are 7 skyward seals, each tied to one of the seven sol emeralds (think the emerald powers from superstars except weather based because sol relates to sun ✨)

The seven seals:Derecho seal

Lightning seal

Overcast seal

Blizzard seal

Tsunami seal

Searing seal

Brumous seal

Each seal is the highest form of power for that weather type. They are performed by drawing sigils on the ground and with a respective mantra. Using a seal requires a lot of concentration and power.

The two Nimbus have used so far

Derecho seal - When used in support it is a master healing tool that can save those even on the brink of death. In offense it is a line of mighty gusts of wind that can uproot landscapes

Lightning seal - a piercing shot of lightning from the heavens. Targets are highlighted in golden light before being incinerated by a fast-moving highly powerful lightning bolt. Essentially think massive sky laser.

These powers are said to come from tywydd bird, who's spirit is hidden to most. But that secret may be getting closer to being discovered...

Under the watchful guidance of her father, Thunder, a young Nimbus learns the ropes of a family tradition that has been going for generations: wesponsmithing.

On Sky Babylon the Taran Thunder clan were matched only in their lightning prowess by their blacksmithing. Nimbus' great grandfather, Rumble, was said to be the best blacksmith the island had ever laid eyes on. At present, Nimbus loves being able to craft her own weaponry as it reminds her of her fallen home.

“This may look like a very pretty level but that doesn’t mean it’s that great. It has some annoying gimmicks and sequences. It’s a gorgeous place where you will most likely lose a lot of lifes.”

TITLE: Sky Babylon (Classic Remix)

As a favor to an awesome artist that you should all check out, here is a remix of Sky Babylon from Sonic Rush Adventure. It’s done up in Sonic Generations/Classic Sonic style, however, the random vocals make me think it sounds more like a Modern Remix. There also some other effects that set this aside from the original, but over all, it does feel like a worthy successor to the music from the original Sonic Rush game.
