Another planned character from the ideas I've had bouncing around in my head for a future Frankfurter game.
I've drawn these "sky-frog" things (semi humanoid, winged frogs with tails) several times, but so far they've never quite managed to find their way into any of my game/writing/etc. projects... just random drawings in my notebooks every now and then.
The idea I have for them is that there will be an Ancient Greek/Roman themed city populated by these frogs, and located in that city is a coliseum-type arena where one of the Eight Orbs has landed and is now being offered as the prize for whoever wins the next fighting tournament. The current reigning champion, an absolutely massive frog gladiator named Majungatholus, has gone on such a long streak of easily thrashing all challengers that they're allowing teams of three to enter this time around in hopes that somebody might actually put up a fight that way. Frankfurter arrives in the sky-frog city along with another character I haven't drawn yet (who has some connection to the Orbs and has been guiding him to collect them all), and when this guy joins up they've got three.
Haven't decided for sure what this guy's deal is at this point, but he might have a name already -- after looking up various old Greek and Roman names last night while drawing him, I'm currently leaning toward calling him "Arminius."
