Hey! I’ve recently gotten back into WOF and wanted to try drawing some of the characters! Who do you guys think I should draw first?

I think I might just take their in-book descriptions and see if i can draw em from memory or at least stylized, we’ll see!

Here’s an old tribe redesign I did that I’ll use as an example. No promises they’ll get this detailed since this is just for fighting artblock but hey, you never know!

Hawks and Fuyu

since this was asked in several messages and comments, I’ll just share ‘em with y’all while i’m working on the new chapter rn

- They fight. A lot. It ranges from being over Sora to some stupid thing they disagree on. It’s usually verbal spats back and forth or taunts, but sometimes they get a little handsy (Fuyu chucking globs of blood at him and Hawks using his feathers on her)

- Fuyu’s less bothered by the age gap and more bothered by the interactions in general, Sora’s happiness is the only thing keeping her from trying to throttle the pro hero

- Sora keeps his mouth shut about it but they’re actually a lot more alike then they realize

- Fuyu has a grudging respect for Hawks (he’s a pro for a reason) and she’s always going to side with him against others because he’s someone who’s become important unwillingly

- She doesn’t learn about his past until much later on and after she does, there’s a bit of a softer way she messes with him, Hawks teases that she’s finally warmed up to him but she just denies it

- He makes Sora happy in a way she know she could never fill, so she loves him for it, even if she doesn’t say or show it

- Hawks doesn’t say it but he feels the same

- He’s actually a bit jealous of Fuyu at times but he can’t help but be grudgingly fond of her, they’re only so far apart in age but he wants to be someone she can look to, just like Sora

- Sora’s the most important person to him and he cares about Fuyu, so Hawks naturally has Fuyu claimed as one of his own

- He thinks she’s easy to tease and he’s always been good at dealing with hotheads and grumps, so he’s at ease with her

- Hawks would use every last feather if it meant keeping her safe, because even though he feigns that he only cares by extension of Sora, there’s parts of Fuyu he’s seen and he’s reminded of and he’ll do whatever he can to keep her safe

- they’re unofficially her dads, Aizawa is the extended uncle

- They both grew up poor and don’t realize it, but their tendencies and habits bleed out sometimes

- They’ll be out shopping and looking for something to eat and Sora will suggest a place and Fuyu and Hawks will both make faces like “We can afford that???” And Sora (who’s always been comfortably middle class) will be like “yes, we can?” 

- Or Fuyu will walk in and find him stitching up a shirt just because and even though he can buy a hundred more it’s just a hard habit to break, they’ll stare at each other and Fuyu will wordlessly tug on her patched up sweater and they say nothing

- Sora thinks it’s precious but he doesn’t say a thing because they both get testy

- Hawks makes good money and he’s not an idiot, but when he indulges he indulges, Fuyu and Sora are often recipients of this

- They laugh at a lot of the same things and can be half-truth giving, taunting, hard to wrap around idiots

- She’s walked in on them wrapped up in each other or cuddling a lot and usually Sora disengages, Hawks is all about affection within the confines of their own home, Fuyu usually just leaves but somedays she doesn’t really care and just weasels in-between them and they fall asleep like that (Sora found them asleep on the couch together once and took a picture and never said a word, waiting for the right time to show them one day)

- She has some Hawks merchandise but never wears it around him (she’ll be out and Deku will recognize it instantly or Tokoyami will raise a brow and Fuyu says it was free so why not)

- He spoils her a lot, but he denies it all with catty smiles and ripped up receipts

- They’ve grown really fond of each other but neither of them will ever say it out loud until some time comes to pass, but some things just don’t need to be said

Sky wings

Sky wings are are a Golem type bird created by the Austral race thy can be enhanced by magic and different elements.

Thy are normally used for as Sentry's to protect places of importance  but when the Austral's left some died and fell to peaces some wonder the world malfunctioning because of not having Austral's to maintain them.

Sky wings are Rare to find in whole  and even more Rare to find alive.
