I should be packing my life, right now, cause I’m moving tomorrow. Instead, what do I do ? This:
You know how GoT is this great compendium of 2000-years worth of popular culture ? Well, one of the great echoes from the past in GoT comes from one of my favorite works of art of all time, Black Narcissus (1947) by filmmakers Emeric Pressburger and Michel Powell. The painting on glass used in this film reminds me sooooo much of those made for GoT. To boot, this comparison:
