How to distinguish between a dream and a nightmare. Oh wait. Or was it reality?

I seen you in my dreams today. It was a nightmare, I just wanted to go to the bathroom and none of the girls were going to let me. It wasn’t like a typical movie where someone gets bullied when they walk into the bathroom. It was more like there was a huge event and all sports of all kinds were there so all the girls were taking up all the bathrooms. And then all of a sudden a boy who was either Dominic, Jordan or Devon 😂😂 they all look the same I hate white boys 😂 well Dominic is Hispanic but oh well. They’re all the same hieght, weight, brown hair they all combined into one person, comes out of nowhere. He’s suppose to be my best friend or my boyfriend I’m not sure. And then he takes me to our group of friends. And you’re there. YOU’RE THERE! You’re freaking there. SKYELER YOU WERE THERE AND IT WAS AMAZING. But horrible. Because in my dream, even in my fucking dream I knew u weren’t alive anymore. And I was just standing there in pure shock. Pointing at you in confusing and everyone’s like “what’re you doing Skyeler always been here” in an alternate world, you never left. You’re still alive. And I’m jealous. There’s a whole world where you’re still here and surrounded by all your friends. And I’m jealous. However I hate your friends. Or maybe I hate my past. I forgot what we were joking about. I just remember it was one of the boys doing something and the joke involved trying to fuck me , and he stepped closer to me and went to touch me and I jokingly went “rape!” And backed up. And then I got triggered like a PTSD flash back I had no control over myself it was just, “no please GET AWAY FROM ME .” With my hands over my ears still backing up until I got trapped in a corner. I wish I wasn’t like this.
