Today I found out that if you manage to horse-parkour yourself onto the tippy top of some mountain peaks on Solstheim, a hidden map marker appears to commemorate your completely pointless achievement. ;) But ONLY if you’re at the very top.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dead Body Cleanup Cell
When you kill a named NPC in Skyrim, their body doesn’t disappear completely from the game. When they despawn, they are sent to limbo in the form of a Joker-colour-themed cross-shaped room. They lay in a heap in the middle of the floor for the rest of the game.
If you have the PC version of the game, you can pay these poor NPCs a visit. Open the console with the ` key and type “coc WIDeadBodyCleanupCell”. Welcome to Hell.
