More SL!Silver stuff bc I’m feelin angsty
One thing I constantly think about is the fact that Silver will never get to “act like a child” or do anything of the sort simply because their mind won’t let them. They have aged so much without a speck of happiness or form that childish joy isn’t even possible.
They know this.
As a way to hep squish that down they help others with their own pain, (ie Sleepy and Angel)

AMETHYST SILVAZE (My OC, aka Silver X Blaze fankid):
Father: Silver the Hedgehog
Mother: Blaze the Cat
Other family: Nope, she’s an only child and lives in the Sol Dimension.
Bio: Amethyst is the epitome of what a royal heir should be—brave, noble and polite. She learned from a very young age that although her powers can be used for tremendous good, both the telekinesis and the pyrokenisis can be extremely dangerous if not wielded correctly. This instilled in her a sense of solemn determination and she never slacked on her training with her parents. A bit of a perfectionist, she can feel pressure under the weight of all that is expected of her and the duty to fulfill all those obligations. She can also get rather lonely in the Sol Dimension, but she is determined to carry out the role she was born to be in. Blaze instilled in her a high sense of dignity, and told her that she must always keep her head up and be above childish tendencies. Silver was more of a compassionate dad—being the cinnamon-roll that he is—and did teach her that friendship is one of the most important things in life, and to never take them for granted. He also instilled in her a slight dorky side that likes to let loose and laugh but she vowed she will die with that secret.

Scar: “Very dear friend! Has gone through so much, I wish I had been there sooner or at least be able to be there more. He deserves it.”
Sleepy: “Ah such a sweet chi-boy! Of course snappy tongue but it’s more of a way of attempting to push people away before they hurt him again. I will keep him safe no matter what.”
Amy: “Angel! One of the few people I can fully talk to at times, Scar digs to deep and Sleepy gets too frowny. Angel is one friend I pray enjoys me back.”
Mel: “It’s…complicated. She is complicated.”
Pip: “I want to kill him with my bare hands. Strangle his life his from eyes. He deserves nothing but burning searing pain.”

[They realize what they said, and correct themself.]
“Ah, I meant Silver! Sorry, just was looking too long and got lost in my head.”
Silver chuckles and shakes their head.
“Ah don’t worry Mel, I don’t mind nicknames, but if you don’t mind me asking, if you don’t tell your feelings how ever will you ever let your love be free?”
“I haven’t seen much and I don’t know much but I do not think keeping everything in out of fear will do you any good.”
