My New SL Profile Picks
I have been kind of a no-show in SL (Second Life) for the last year. I’m getting back into it, which may mean hypnotists. To drive them away, I have written a new set of Profile Picks. If you have any suggestions or thoughts about them, let me know!
When I First Got Into SL
I love hypnosis and that’s what drew me to second life. My profile originally said I was very inhibited and sought to use hypnosis to fix that, and that attracted hypnotists like a moth to a flame. I wonder why… But I realised I liked my boundaries, kind of, thanks to the people in the next three picks, so my interests changed.
How To Not Be a Dumbinant Hypnotist
This is amazingly simple, it's shocking to me that so many people fail to achieve it. It's this: when hypnotising someone, just slip in something like, "My suggestions only affect you when you are free to play and we are together." Do something like that EVERY TIME you hypnotise someone. And that's it. It also helps if you think of the people you play with as actual people. At least when you aren't playing with them. But maybe that is going too far.
Addictive Dumbinants
So many dumbinants want you addicted to them, but don't think about what that means when they aren't around. It's the height of selfishness. The FEELING of being obsessed by and addicted to someone can be really hot, but less so when it really does affect you all the time, especially when they aren't around or get bored of you and want someone knew to play with, and they discard you without thinking of removing that suggestion. It's EASY to play with addiction, if you remember the previous tip.
Selfish Dumbinants
When a dom/me tries to claim you as their sub, demanding exclusivity from you, while considering themselves free to do whatever they want whenever they want, run a mile. This is incredibly selfish and I've seen so many times how it leads to pining from a loyal sub with nothing to do, while the dom/me goes out and has their fun with whoever they fancy. These people greatly misunderstand the core D/s relationship.
My Own Tastes
Okay, I've talked a lot about what I DON'T like, and eviscerated something like 99% of hypnotists in SL at the same time. I honestly don't like talking too much about myself, at least publicly. I like bimbofication and dollification, and I like hypnosis itself (my biggest passion). I also like finding out what turns you on - I'm a bit of a service sub. You might not realise it from these picks, but I'm a very permissive subject. I enjoy a lot of things and tolerate a lot of stuff (for a while, at least). If you're interested in learning more, you'll have to win my attention (which honestly isn't hard - dangle a spiral in my direction…)
The Skill of a Hypnotist
You might notice I said nothing about the skill of the hypnotist. Because that really doesn't matter - someone with no experience who considers themselves a crappy hypnotist can still be really good and create amazing trances with a willing sub they have a rapport with. That’s what really matters - establishing a good relationship.
