I remember mentioning Slap Taggers as possible Portland super villains! You know Slap Taggers? Those are graffiti artists with less courage than painters because they do their graffiti on stickers or mailing labels in the comfort of their own home and then run around "slapping" the stickers onto street signs and mailboxes and restaurant bathrooms. Restaurant bathrooms are their favorite places to do it because they're very unlikely to be caught.
