When I was growing up everyone always asked what I wanted to be when I grew up.... Up until I was in 5th grade I would say I wanted to be a singer. A girl I was partnered up with for a group project told me I needed to choose an “actual real CAREER” and that being a singer was not a job. I lost a few pieces of what was left of my childhood innocence that day. For the next 5 years I thought I wanted to be a veterinarian but only because I liked cats 🤦♀️ And then I wanted to be a writer and then a teacher and then ....happy. I always answered “happy.” But how does one know when they achieve what they perceive as pure and absolute happiness? I mean, I don’t know and I think that if anyone says they have the answer ....they’re full of shit. #slappingyouwithsomeknowledge https://www.instagram.com/p/B69oxI5gKQix6QQq1LcCOSM-XIumkQAydvIEkQ0/?igshid=1xzp7y6f0jfff
