pre-8am album of the week is sit & grin by slash need!! to be honest i haven't had the time to listen to much lately, but i did have the privilege of seeing slash need live on saturday night & holy fuck. it's genuinely hard to put into words how impressed i was. truly peak freak music made 4 freaks by freaks. i think that was my favourite performance i've ever seen in terms of showmanship (maybe tied with hide), the whole image of the frontperson & the lighting & the props & the totally fucked up playboy bunny vibe them & the backup dancers gave off fucking rocked. i really had the time of my life dancing & photographing them, when i get the time i'll upload a couple pics & clips i took. cannot recommend enough that u see these guys live if u ever get the chance.
