And he loves how small you are! You’re so cute! You look so innocent and perfect!
One of his favourite things is to pick you up and put you on his shoulders! He likes to carry you near trees so you can reach up and touch the leaves!
He doesn’t want to break you. You could be small and really strong and this man still thinks you’re fragile. I know it’s a common theme of “big character doesn’t want to break lil character” but this is really important for Philip! He knows he’s dangerous and he has some deep rooted fears that one day he might accidentally turn on you. He knows that The Entity fills him with blinding rage during trials and he’s so scared that one day he won’t be able to tell it’s you. That he won’t be able to hold himself back. And he’d never forgive himself for hurting you.
