I’m supposed to be finishing up my soul2soul exchange fic today, but oops, just had to get a drabble in this morning to shake out the brain first.

Amazing how much I fail at writing these days. Had to drop my dcu mini bang for lack of workable words. But! This is sorta inspired by original idea for the bang.

550. images of humility (DCU: JayDick, 500w, E) Tags: Face-fucking, Verbal Humilition, Crying Summary: If there's a chance to get Jason back, Dick seems to be willing to take it. Even if it means letting Jason humiliate him.

Jason is not gentle. In a way, he's testing when Dick will break and tell him to go to hell. Jason is waiting for that, would welcome it even, but it's difficult for Boy Wonder here to protest if Jason keeps prodding and breaching the tight ring of his throat.

Here’s hoping I’ll be able to write more than last year in June.

541. Breaking with love and pain (Young Justice: JayDick, 500w, T) Tags: Grief/mourning, secret crush, requited unrequited love? Summary: Dick breathes in the freedom of the night sky before grief inevitably catches up with him again.

Dick takes to the night air like a suffocating person, and in a way, his quarantine in the manor had been doing that: suffocating him.

He has missed the wind tugging at his hair, the soft caress of it on his skin, and the moment of weightlessness at the apex of every jump.

Written for the prompt “A kiss that was never given” from this list for my bestest @lullaby-dance.

Guess what popped into my head and fell from my fingers? I blame @braingray​.

499. Please just take this awful shell (DCU: Dick/Jason, Damian, T; 500w) Tags: Halloween costumes, LotR references, sorta, flirting, banter, humor

If asked about it, Jason couldn't say with certainty why he let himself be talked into this. For one, he's just not used to so much hair and can't seem to stop adjusting the wig. For another, the sword at his hip throws him off balance, making him feel medieval and clumsy.

His inward grumbling is all but forgotten the moment he lays eyes on Dick. He tends to have that effect on Jason. (That, or the opposite: amplifying his annoyance.)

"Didn't they have those in your size anymore?"

"Let's you and me ditch the runt and head on over to your place," he suggests, leaning against the wall, casual as can be. His breath is hot in Dick's ear and a shiver runs down Dick's spine. Not that he'd let on.
