hi!! :) can i ask about the 'men can get pregnant' thing? is that re. trans men who haven't fully transitioned and/or people who identify as men but aren't physically male? thanks!
There are men with uteri. If someone identifies as “male” it doesn’t matter what reproductive organs they were born with, they are “physically” male. Hence, anyone who calls themselves a man and can get pregnant or menstraute is still a man and shouldn’t be excluded from conversations about such.
That post not about singling out a “type” of man who we “let” into conversations about uteral functions, it was turning to gun at cisgender people who wrongfully assume that everyone who menstruates is a woman. Trans men exist.
I’m cisgender. I’m only an ally and also not a teacher so I really, really, really, really, really, really,really,really,really,really,really,really,really,really,really,really,really, should NOT be your first line of information about this. Please educate yourself with the infinite amount of sources out there on “cissexist” language and transphobia.
