This is kind of a habit of mine tbh? Like, not straight up lying, but definitely downplaying my actual emotions. Things like, ‘oh yeah, I didn’t like him that much anyway’, and ‘I’m just feeling a little down today is all’. I rarely, if ever, show the full scope of how I feel about things.
