All Things Sleep
While we do talk a lot about photosensitivity, I'd like to also talk more about other epilepsy triggers. So I'll try and make start: SLEEP MANAGEMENT Oh boi. I constantly tend to sleep to much and start going to bed to late. It's an issue and it's not necessarily good. But I try to get minimum of 6 hours of sleep, i can not function with less and 8-9h is my perfect amount I found. I like slow morning and time to really wake up, have a nice breakfast and just.. not be rushed and hurried out of the house. Let's share sleep management/sleep related life hacks! E.G. When i was sick in January I discovered, that apparently, if you have a very large soft voluminous pillow, you can actually sleep on your stomache without struggling to breathe! A true game changer, but it took a lot of practise and adjustment. (thanks fat pikachu plush)
