It's after 11pm, which means if you have meds you take at night now's a good time to take them; if it's been awhile since you've eaten or drunk get a snack and some water; if you intend to continue to use electronic devices before going to bed consider using a blue-light filter like Twilight or f.lux to maintain your circadian rhythm; and have some herbal tea or quiet music. Remember, you dont have to be sleeping to be giving your body a chance to rest and heal! Any quiet time is good.
