SLEEPING PARALYSIS
Just woke up from at least 10 minutes long sleeping paralysis. Good that I watched video on it right before I went to sleep. Don't open your eyes kids. DONT OPEN YOUR EYES. Thank you, psych2go, I didn't have any mental breakdown, just kinda observing what happened to cause it. I didn't realize how often did I get these until now. I guess it's kinda scary, but I feel really relaxed from it (cuz I was kinda only trying to imagine Undertale and Camp Camp related things and didn't think about scary shits like I usually would.) There were literally Papyrus's and David's pictures flying all over my closed eyes, so I had no idea why would I even open my eyes. It was kinda fun I guess, tho it stank a bit and I couldn't move too much. Well duh, it's paralysis. Really tho kids, don't open your eyes. You could get reality mixed up with dreams and then get some traumatic experience for yourself. Don't do this at home, I'm trained professional (and I kinda planned it bcuz of that video XD). Jk, I'm not trained professional. But it was intentional, tho I don't get how I actually did it. Till a next time. -Sany-
the worst feeling is when ure having a medical emergency and u know u gotta call ems and u really want to but u realize its night and ure in sleeping paralysis and u can feel ur whole situation get worse and worse and ur life is in literal danger but u cannot speak or move, cannot tell Siri to call someone u cannot call out to ur dog or use your phone, anything, u are frozen and u feel that something very bad is happening and…
I hope to the universe that the board will accept approve of my disability card request because this is not a way to live. Im so tired of this.
I wish I could draw so I can finally show people what he looks like.
I just woke up from a very strange and interesting paralysis and I'm curious if anyone felt it.
It started out with a dream where I woke up infront of my computer desk and realized my figurines and stuff are shaking and falling. So I thought it was earthquake and ran to my sister room to wake her up. I tried to wake her up and calling her. She was sleepy stage and tell me someone is looking for me in front of the windows, addressing me in my family name, Bo. So I was panic and tell her "it's not the time and there's an earthquake you need to wake up now". She laid still and that's when I realized okay this is a sleeping paralysis cuz I'm not living with my family anymore.
So I closed my eyes and accept it. As I opening my eyes again. I heard music playing in front of me and there is sounds of water flowing softly like in a creek or onsen kinda vibe, I couldn't understand the language in the song, it sounds really good tho. Everything felt so real. Then I heard a woman voice, literally up to my right ears, so real it feels like I can feel her breathe, she was just giggle and sounds like she trynna mimic my sis calling me Bo but it came out "-poh" in her voice and then I just instinctively "What do you want", I can feel my mouth was moving but the sounds didn't came out. And then the music, and water sounds slowly faded away and I woke up.
This thing I just experienced was so magical and interesting I can't even describe it fully. Im just full of curiosity and frustrated not knowing what happened. That's not the first time i have bizarre experience with sleeping paralysis but this is the first time I heard a human voice that close to me and clearly enough to not just a white noise or whispering voices.
Have you guys ever experienced things like this?
