I love waking up at two in the morning three hours before I actually need to be awake, for no apparent reason aside from my mind being wound up too tight and under reaching the actual time where I actually need to wake up. But yeah my morning was fine hbu

First day of my math class in college... I went to work at 5 A.M, came home at 11 and napped until Noon.... That nap was an awful idea.... I don't want to leave my bed....
I hate this. I always get anxiety at night for no reason and then I can't sleep. My heart is pounding right now. I just took a sleeping pill but I doubt it will help.
