It’s okay not to be okay is such a gem, I swear I waited for 2 episodes; liked it and then watched tonight episode, and it has been completely floored. there is so much to talk, each character has so much meat to it, it is just fantastic. But most importantly in today’s episode when Mo-yeong was experiencing that nightmare, she was having a sleep paralysis attack, and the way they depicted was spot on, as person who has been suffering from sleep paralysis from the past few years, that scene was exactly what I felt a viewer would want when talking about mental health problems. Mental health problems are generally not touched upon a show or not depicted properly but this show, just three episodes in depicted each character and their problem so perfectly; it safe to say now that It’s okay not to be okay is now on my watch-list so now I have something to look forward to on Saturday’s and Sunday’s!!!
