ah pontypool + lake mungo are my all time favs that i always make time to watch every halloween + they’re both really underrated imo..

whether these are good “oscar winning” movies, i dont know, but i sure did like them: the uninvited, the orphanage, scream, atm, jurassic park (scared me when i was little hahaha) shaun of the dead…hmm theres more but theses stuck out :D
oh i’ve seen the uninvited i think but it’s worth watching again.. and scream too. i’ll add the orphanage and atm to my list
lmao i dont think i was scared of jurassic park when i was little. but several years ago when i was babysitting this 8 yr old kid, we watched it on tv and he was terrified of the raptors. like hiding behind the couch and crying. i felt kinda bad..... but he had begged me to watch it and i didnt realize it could be scary
