We used to have a lot of trouble sleeping solidly through the night, and I know (as a student) a lot of other people who have trouble getting good solid sleep in the amount of time they have. My favorite blend for sleeping through the night is 4 drops of lavender, 3 drops of frankincense, and 2 drops of Stress Away in our full diffuser. Knocks us right out until our alarms go off. Tired....
