On the topic of creepy guys, I went to a convention when I was 14 (I'm 18 now) and I was dressed as Princess Kraehe from Princess Tutu. During the masquerade ball of the con I had some guy probably in his 20s asking for my number. I was completely creeped out and lowkey scared for the rest of the night he would come back and talk to me. I even went up and changed my cosplay just for that reason. I was lucky enough to have a friend there stay with me for the rest of the con.

Oh god that’s just as bad..and it sucks too because Princess Kraehe has such a beautiful outfit/design in general.

A creepy drunk old man tried to invite me a coffee while I was working. I had to told many times that I didn't want to, the last time I told him NO he left me alone since I say it with annoyance and anger in my tone of voice.

Oh god. That’s always the worst case scenario when working…well not the worse case but it’s pretty bad.

Technically, you’re not supposed to upset the customer but if they’re harassing you, you really can’t do much besides tell you co-workers or call your manager over.

I’m glad he left you alone though.

(vent) I'm super frustrated because my break from uni hasn't felt like a break at all. The past semester was hella stressful and my GPA dropped, and during the break I was working full time and dealing with heightened anxiety, depression, and my intrusive family, without access to my friends. I just found out that I made a big mistake at work and my uni forgot to remove a charge from my account so I need to yell at them for it and I'm pissed off. I wanted a break, not to do even more work. :/

The place I work at is actually my mom's tiny business, so when she needs to do the house shores I'm there helping her, so it's me and me alone.

yeah, i need your advice please. in may, there's going to be auditions for chorus/choir in my school. and i love choir, i love singing. but i really stink compared to my friends and peers. what can i do? i really want to stay in.

Oh man. Luckily for you I used to be in choir so I think I can offer some tips.

First of all, find out if you’re an alto, soprano or alto-soprano.

Once you know that try to work on your breathing. Look up tips on how to breathe from your diaphragm.

The most important thing here is to sing: practice.

Always sing even if its just you singing random shit like microwaveable horses.

Sing along with the radio.

Get comfortable with your voice.

As long as you practice you should be fine.

one more thing: don’t drink milk before your audition. It’ll cause phlegm and mess up your vocal chords so stick to water.
