Um... sorry to enter here, but I have to say this off anon because Kaito is NOT Homophobic. The word they are talking about is "Okama" a word used to refer to trans/gay people but it isn't intended to be used as a slur against them, specially since in the Japanese language there's a huge lack of curse words and the strongest words are actually pretty mild in comparison to the English language. Kaito is pretty much the same in Japanese.

yesterday I did some research on the word and I found out that some people use it as an offensive term so honestly at this point idk what to think anymore, i have an inbox full of discording opinions and i decided

7. the moment of theirs that made me the happiest

The end of BW is bittersweet at best, but it’s incredibly satisfying to know that because he’s leaving, he’s going to be able to do what he wants, be happy and learn about the world. Getting to meet new people and Pokemon, understanding where his view was wrong and how it actually is, generally just enjoying life for what it was meant to be rather than living in an underground castle.

Every time he is excitable about things he likes or is like “Whatever I’m just going to ask your Pokemon” I cackle. I don’t know, I guess that carefree nature is good for the soul.

The Ferris wheel. It’s ultimately a kind of shocking scene, but it starts out as just hanging out with someone you thing is a friend and/or rival. Plus he’s super excited to talk about his love for Ferris wheels and it’s endearing.
