Hey guys, whenever I say “hellcali”, my brain goes “helicali” which I think sounds much better, since it uses juicy reduplication. So can we change it to helicali? For me? Thanks guys

Hey guys, whenever I say “hellcali”, my brain goes “helicali” which I think sounds much better, since it uses juicy reduplication. So can we change it to helicali? For me? Thanks guys
Ok. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna make an intro post.
Hi! You can call me Sleepy, Cam or Chip, I'm 19 years old and my pronouns are they/them (he/him is also fine).
This is my main general blog where I mostly just reblog media from fandoms I enjoy and messages I think are important, occasionally I'll post a random thought I have. It started out as primarily a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child blog with a focus on Scorbus, but over time I've started also reblogging things from the Nowhere boys, Heartstopper, Life is Strange and Omori fandoms, admittedly much less often.
I've not been very good at tagging fandom posts I've reblogged in the past, but I'm working on being more thorough. I currently tag original posts with #sleepychats, and queued posts with #queue-tie pie (a play on cutie pie I thought was cute at the time).
I'm an aspiring fanfiction writer, and while I am yet to upload anything to AO3, I'll be sure to link anyone interested to it from here!
I've recently made a sideblog @isawyoupeepthroughyourface where I will indulge my newfound interest in The Beatles, as I figured it wouldn't gel as well with the stuff on this main blog. I may decide to further split things across more blogs in the future (e.g. dedicating a separate blog to political matters) but this set-up is what I'm sticking with for now.
In case you couldn't tell simply based on this post/the blog in general, I'm no tumblr aficionado. I just have fun over here.
I hope your day is pleasant!
(This is from before the halftime show)
There’s an ad on a kid in his room. It’s mostly blue. He’s talking to himself in the mirror. The camera shows Funkos in his room (I didn’t see ST) on his shelves. He has lots of figurines and such on his shelves. He tells the mirror that “I am going to face our greatest opponent”. I can’t recall if he says “we” to him and the reflection, or just “I”. He talks to his figurines, hyping himself up. The camera begins to cut to his coach, talking to his students, saying his own motivational speech. It cuts between their speeches. The coach says “it has moved mountains” (like what Mike said El can do in his confession in s4). I don’t remember, either the coach or the boy said “I believe in myself”. I think the boy did. The coach asks “who am I??” And the kids with the coach chant “a champion”. The boy had also called himself a champion. The ad ends with the text on screen; “belief is a superpower” and “thank you coaches”. The NFL logo shows. It does not glitch like the other ads.
Halftime show description. Bad Bunny’s performance
Bad Bunny is in a field. Many stands and people standing here and there are trying to sell Bb stuff as he walks through a field path. He stops at a stand for jewelry. It is bright red. An old man (?) is at it. The man gives him a ring in a red case, like the one Jancy had in ST5. I don’t recall what the ring looked like. Simple, I think. There is a glitch as BB picks it up. BB scrunches up his face and shakes his head no at the ring. He hands it to a man wearing blue from head to toe. The man proposes to a woman in all yellow, and smiles happily in shock. He ends at on a roof of a yellow and pink building, dancing and singing, while crowd of people dance on the roof with him and more dance below, in front of the building. At some point, BB falls through a square on the roof he was standing on. He lands, confused and looking around, in a blue and yellow room. BB walks out the front door and walks back to the field through the crowd.
There was a commercial of a man walking, talking to the camera. We see a record shop behind him. It was raining. He said “the worst things in life are taxes & (something)”. I’m afraid I missed it… I have bad hearing, I’m sorry. The ad is in black & white lighting. The director calls for a cut. We exit the scene and realize it was all an ad. The director asks “why is there rain?” The guy says it’s for drama. The guy says he is trying to dial it up. The direction says he needs him to “dial it down”. The directions asks him to be happy on the ad. The guy insists on the drama and that he “doesn’t do happy”. He walks out and breaks something as he does so. The guy had a red inner shirt with a fake blue outer coat.
I don’t remember what brand the ad was for…sorry again TvT. It had some pink logo, think.
The dial is up/down reminds me of the fake mockumentary for the fake band conformitygaters talked about. The WSQK also made references to their line, “dial it up to the 11!” Also the Meta of an ad within an ad is notable.
Edit: This ad is apparently for Turbo Tax. Thank you @/rain-on-the-moon!
There was a Dunkin’ Donut Ad. It starts saying something about an old show/movie (?) and how it used to be. It has a retro vibe. It was called “Good Will Dunkin’”. Good Will wears a pink shirt. We see him looking outside a window from a Dunkin’ Donuts shop. He turns around.
A girl says whoever can help her with something (she was working on something at a table) will get a kiss. I forgot what it was that she offered. Something like that. Anyway, the guys flock to her. Will moves the most slowly and is at the back. She asks a question and Will answers first to help. Another guy asks him something about why he’s helping, and he says he’s on break with his girlfriend. So presumably this psuedo-cheating doesn’t count in his mind due to this. He has a picture of his girlfriend on hand and shows it. Will also says that all he needs is DD.
Another man walks from behind a counter. He says it would be pretty pathetic of Will to still be at DD by 50. Then someone points out that Will’s gf is outside the window, and she says “you like Dunkin’s that much?” and shows him her new bf, Tom, who waves and smiles. He wears a blue jacket. And the ad ends with everyone laughing and the title of “Good Will Dunkin’” showing.
if you don’t know, DD is theorized to be working with ST to help advertise for conformitygate.
Superbowlgate Mega Post
Here is a post of all my ads and some general updates on the Super Bowl, in regards to conformitygate. I more so describe than analyze, but lots of these speak for themselves.
What I consider highlights of Superbowlgate will be colored in pink.
This is an ad I wrote notes on from the Super Bowl, but did not transfer notes to post until now
Poppi Soda ad:
A girl sits in class. She had a Poppi can on her desk. Her teacher (a young, modern-looking woman) teaches close to the girl on a moving-model chalkboard.
The lights flicker as she cracks open the soda can. Her teacher is happy with her about this, for some reason. I can’t remember why. I also am pretty sure she wasn’t dressed like this before this point, but the teacher was now in some werid failed-Kpop-stylist-fashion looking outfit. It’s all black, pretty much, and shiny. She was in her underwear. Nothing about this ad makes sense, so ok. Sure. I guess.
A woman crashes through the ceiling. I think she was also dressed werid. They say some stuff. The teacher asks “what is this?” And the other woman says “I think it’s just five.” ?? Ok. Disclaimer: I have bad hearing, so I might have gotten this wrong. It all happens really fast, in my defense.
We cut to a party randomly and suddenly happening, and it’s immediately in full swing. The kids party. The lights are off, only the party’s neon lights persist. There is a clear shot of an exit sign (the classic kind we see in all the conformitygate hints) that says “VIBE,” not “EXIT,” as the ad was saying something about vibes.
We hard cut again. It wasn’t real. The class is going on and the girl is at her desk.
The boy next to her taps her. He’s wearing a blue sweater. He asks if he can get a poppin drink.
End ad.
