🎃Spoopy October activities for babies!👻

🍬Go costume shopping! Since it's October, all the stores are full of fun, cute & scary costumes to choose from! Even if you don't go to a party or trick or treating, it's always fun to have a dress up game to play!!!

🍬Go trick or treating! This works great if you are young or young looking! (I'm 20, but my face and demeanor makes me seem about 13 to other adults. Sometimes this isn't a good thing tho... 😌)

🍬If you can't go trick or treating, or you don't want to cause it can be scary out, buy alot of candy yourself!! Make sure your carer is okay with it tho. Then have a spooky movie night with them!!

🍬Watch spooky/halloween-ish movies! Here's a small list of some of my favorites!

Kiki's Delivery Service (not scary)

Princess Mononoke (not scary, guns, "demons", spirits, blood, curses, death, violence)

Howl's Moving Castle (not scary)

Spirited Away (not scary but has ghosts in it)

Halloweentown & the other movies in the series (alittle spoopy but for kids, monsters)

Hocus Pocus (not that spoopy, has magick and witches, and an undead character)

Nightmare Before Christmas (monsters and ghouls)

Corpse Bride (ghosts and undead)

Twitches (not scary, have a few suspenseful parts and ghosts tho)

Scooby Doo Movies

Wallace and Gromit, Curse of the WereRabbit (not scary, monster bunny)

The Addams Family (horror comedy, not actually scary just scary themes)

The Little Vampire (vampires)

Goosebumps Shorts (scary, various monsters and suspense)

It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! (Not scary)

Sweeny Todd (scary, murder, blood and implied cannibalism)

Sleepy Hallow (scary, suspense, murder, blood, witches, "demons", monsters)

Coraline (suspenseful, monster, insects, buttons/button eyes, other world, warped reality)

Beetlejuice (scary, monsters, ghosts, slight jumpscares)

Girl vs Monster (slightly spoopy, monsters)

🍬Go to a Pumpkin Patch!!! It helps support local farms rather then buying a pumpkin from a store like Walmart, PLUS it's a fun date for you candy your carer!! And very aesthetic!~

🍬Throw a Costume/Halloween Party and invite all your Babey friends! Hecc, even have a contest for best/cutest/scariest/simplest/etc. costume!!

🍬Decorate your house/lawn for halloween, if you can't afford that, decorate your little space/nursery/play room or just your bedroom!

🍬Cook autumnal themed dinners! These can be super fun and delicious, while also being healthy!

🍬Drink hot coco!! Sit by a fireplace or light a small bonfire (practice fire safety tho!) Or maybe just cuddle with your carer and relax!

🍬Go for a walk. Collect leaves and acorns and pecans. Look for squirrels and birds!

🍬Wear your favorite autumnal outfit!

🍬Read some Halloween themed books!

🍬 Color autumn/Halloween themed color pages!! Send them in to me maybe?? Id love to see them!!

🍬Decorate a pumpkin or a few! Big and small with scary or cute faces!! Get creative or stay simple!!

🍬Find cute costumes and outfits for your stuffies!! Maybe even your pets!!!

🍬Bake a pumpkin pie, some pumpkin bread, or maybe some yummy Halloween cookies!! Try doing it from scratch!!
