Go outside! Explore! Find your territory! There is nothing like turning off the music and wander around In nature, smell the scents, listen to the birds...let yourself be free kiddo

Get dirty! Play with mud and dirt! Find a stick! Look for Bugs and Insects! Forget about the after and enjoy the now, it's the best to get close to happiness!
