my opinion on;

character in general: Commander Cook is a walking tragedy that needs constant supervision so that he doesn’t do something more criminal than he already has. His creepy obsession with Abel is gross, but his desire to keep fucking people who look like him takes creepy to a new level of horror. ON TOP OF THAT, it’s even more horrible because you know the Commander is a fuck boy who hasn’t said jack shit to Abel or even tried to make advances because of whatever secret mission they have with Abel/Cain so instead has to “hold back his desires” by burying them balls deep in Phobos who is too smart for Cook and dumps his tragic ass in the street where it belongs. BUT BECAUSE IM TRASH AND LOVE TRASH CHARACTERS, I have fallen into the I hope I see him cry phase of my relationship.  Despite his fucked up personal life choices and the fact he is a really human character, I do enjoy him.  I really enjoy disliking him. 

how they play them: Starrrrssss does pretty well! She hasn’t been very active, but she has come up with a lot of background for him and filled in gaps in his personality that the comic doesn’t quite give.  She has a very different idea on how Cook should be, so sometimes I squint my eyes at her HCs but she commits to them and follows through with consistency which is all anyone can ask.  Her Cook and Hemera’s interactions are always wild to say the least, what with Hemera making him beg and then leaving him there with blue balls and then Cook actively trying to get Hemera to bang him.  WHO KNOWS What could happen honestly, but it’s so entertaining to read both of their discomfort with each other.

the mun: STARS - my innocent habibti. You are precious and I swear 90% of the things I say to you, I immediately feel like oh no, now I have to explain alien smut which leaves me both laughing and uncomfortable and I swear there is never a dull moment.  Extraordinarily sweet, I know you’re going through a lot with school so I can only hope that in the end things work out in your favor and I’m excited to see you pop up on my dash again.

"Day off for once in the month." The navigator explained, however, the uniform over him proved that he wasn't capable to let go of the duties so easily. If his presence was requested anywhere, he was ready to go. "Thought of sharing some moments with an old friend."

He disliked Cook for a while, yes, it was true. Who wouldn't when going through what he went? Still, his rage wasn't one to last long and healing was natural; Isolde was more of a phoenix than he admited. Thus his dislike was gone way before he transferred back into Sleipnir and he preferred to keep things more peaceful.

"And loniness doesn't bother me so much as I make it look like at times. Maybe some years ago I'd complain, but now? It's almost soothing." He brought the glass near his lips, still not sipping on the red wine, instead only appreciating its color and aroma. "What about you? Are you fine with all the go into Colteron space pressure? I know you don't show it, but... well, I'm a tombstone."

Isolde took some seconds as he chose the proper words to communicate what sort of gossip spread around. “In short that we might have an affair of sorts. Each one who pass this one seem to engrander the story a little more in their own way though.” He played the dumb and distracted for the biggest part of the time as it helped keeping the rumour going on and the elite navigator was rather curious to see how far it would go before dying completely; however, after a week of it, he deemed fair to talk with the commander in charge as it seemed to be getting out of control.

Mun VS Muse

👻 = What is the scariest thing to ever happen to the mun and muse?

I think the scariest thing to happen to Hemera was the transformation process to make him what he is - it combined a lot of his fears into one: confinement, lack of control, submission. Being confronted with how helpless he really is and that he’s not as perfect or normal as his exterior reflects.  It gave him quite a complex and the constant need to be in control of everything because he feels that he has control over nothing. Being locked in a room for weeks/months can do that to a guy.

💩 = What do the mun and muse usually do when they feel bad?

Hemera/Myles will usually take his anger out on others in viciously passive aggressive and manipulative ways or he will bake. He’s also a very secret secret secret smoker, but he’ll do that on the really bad days. It’s very rare for him to feel bad, because that would require him to care about other people/things - although he’d more likely be upset about petty material things not working out (cakes burning). 

{{ If I’m feeling down I usually talk it out and feel better right away. I don’t sad eat (I’ll usually do the opposite and forget for like two days) and I don’t feel bad about things for very long which… can be a problem hahaha, so yeah! Movies and talking. }}

🎮 = What genre of video games do the mun and muse like best? What are their favorite systems and video games?

Myles would play strategy games like Final Fantasy Tactics, tower defense games or Risk.  He’s not very big on gaming - maybe on his phone, or he’ll own an old system like a PS2 that he pulls out every now and then, but plays it obsessively when he does. He probably has a ton of phone puzzle games.  Secret talent is that he’s really good at fighting games and will accept any arcade challenge you give him.
