There is a part of me who wants to leave my family stop looking for a local work pack one bag and leave family and friends behind me take every cent walk run ride the bus call uber air bnb hotel never sleep until I'm with some one of equal love in this crazy world, here today I been thinking s lot about what matters to me. Sold my dream to help my family. Lost all my pets in one way or another over the years I fell in love hard and it just stuck with me even though I can't catch a break from my life to go after something meaningful in life. Tonight was with a friend who was driving a bit reckless on a rainy night car got sideways and my life didn't flash before my eyes. Went through an intersection could have been T boned and I was in the back seat on my phone watching an IG story. It dawned on me when the car stopped that I could have died if there was just a few more elements that happened and all things that matter to me would be over in the blink of an eye. Makes me second guess "friendship and my time" as well as my life. My only thought is how I've held on for so long to what matters and it could be over and I'd never get the chance to be any more than I am tonight.
